The Problem
The main problems faced by Pondok Bahasa
Limited scalability due to a single-user, one-year licensing model
Only two course offerings, restricting learner progression
Heavy dependence on yearly subscription renewals for revenue
Inability to attract schools and institutions due to lack of bulk licensing

Low long-term retention and reduced opportunities for revenue expansion
The Brief
The challenge & our solution.
