ODU-CLT Project Management LTI Application

Center For Learning and Teaching Project Management LTI Application

      Recently we had an opportunity to work with M'hammed Abdous director of Old Dominion University's Center for Learning and Teaching to built a project management tool to track ODU's online course creation which integrates ODU's canvas LMS as well with other existing systems.

      This LTI application was built to streamline the entire online course production from agreement preparation to faculty invoices.

ODU-CLT project management application

      This is a course production tracking application.  It will allow CLT to track the entire process of course production. ODU-CLT project management application is a tool, that will allow CLT to track the process of online course production like initiation to completion, payment and maintenance. This tool will also allow to track the progress of the course throughout production, assign staff, initiate, monitor and assign tasks as they relate to course production process .

      Below screenshots represents how ODU-CLT project management application looks like in a public page as well as in LMS .

Dashboard Kanban View

      Kanban view shows records in a graphical way that helps you monitor your work and keep deals moving ahead.


Dashboard List View

      List view is used to display the list of items in multiple rows that shows the items in a different and unique view.


Projects List Page

      Product listing page is a page on ODU-CLT tracking application used to list the products based on a category or search query.


Projects List In Detail

      A well-designed product listing can significantly help the users to find the product they need and check its characteristics in detail.


Questionnaire Page

      These tools are particularly effective for measuring subject behavior, preferences, intentions, attitudes and opinions.


Team Management Page

      Managers may delegate tasks to group members, set mini check points, and more to keep the team on track and moving forward.


User Role Management Page

      User role management ensures to have control over the users to access any confidential information within the organisation.


Creating Email Template

      An email template is a pre-defined email layout, that may already include content like images or text.


Adding User

      To sent an invite link via email to add members to their team.


Notification Preferences

      Users can manage their notifications using the Notifications Preference option.


Project Task Page

      User can track and manage the project details and its tasks.


Review and Approve the Project

      A project review is a process to evaluate the success of a particular project.


Users Activity

      The place where the user can track and manage the project and its tasks.
