Classlink OneRoster Integration
1.What is Classlink OneRoster Integration?
Classlink OneRoster Integration used to sync the data between Classlink and our LMS. This application is to sync users, classes and their enrollments from the Classlink roster.
2.How does Classlink OneRoster Integration work?
When Classlink course’s Course code matches with LMS course SIS ID, the classes, users and enrollments from classlink are synced to the respective course in LMS.

Add new Roster
Roster Sync can be made in 2 ways. They are,
- Manual - Sync happens when the account admin clicks the sync button.
- System or Automatic - Sync happens at everyday 12AM UTC.

Daily sync stats
We can easily view the daily roster sync changes by clicking the roster name, it will have the list of dates where you can view the changes.
By clicking on User or Enrollment, we are able to view the users or enrollments who synced on that particular date.
Manually synced users
These users are synced by the admin manually.
System synced users
These users are synced by the admin manually.
Activity log
Activity Log will have log details like who created, edited, deleted, paused, reactivated or manually ran the sync.
Classlink integration stats
There are 3 stats reports attached along with the email when every sync is done. Which is listed below for Ref.
- user_stats.csv - This file will have the user details of whoever is synced with LMS from Classlink on the current sync.
- enrollment_stats.csv - This file will have the enrollment details whatever synced with LMS from Classlink on the current sync.
